What I Learned From Austin Davis
Last year I was introduced to Austin Davis. I was told about Austin from another investor I follow. The teacher whose program I had bought I found very useful so I bought Austin Davis’s program. First, unlike the program I had already bought on apartment investing thi s program was just for funding. If you are a newbie grab a starter course like Monica Main’s (its cheap and broad). The one I started with was by Monica Main and I got it for less than $100 online. Since Austin was offering a 60 day money back guarantee I decided to give it a try.
His website was to the point and easy to understand and get a feel for his program. Once I ordered I was able to download the program right away. I got the program for $999 and had 2 months to try it out. Now that Austin has become so famous you can get his program for 50% off fairly easy. Austin is up front that he wants you to bring him deals for his property scout program - you don’t get partnership but just a flat fee - but you can buy on your own too if you are ready. You are not required to send him deals for his property scout program though. I wanted to buy my own apartment building and did not want to just get a fee for referring it.
I sent his staff a email and got a reply 3 days later with help which was very helpful. They helped me on how to submit a deal using the forms to get help on it. I got a year of support included for free when I bought his program which was really nice. Each time I would send a deal for help I would include my name and email and the date I bought his program to qualify for the free support. I went through a total of 7 properties with Austins team before we found one that would cashflow and work for a no down payment out of pocket plan. I was able to buy with nothing down thanks to his investor fund. While I should be able to get grants being a minority, I have never got any before so the down paymen t fund with Austin’s team was a real help to me.
It took me months to get my first deal but I got it with nothing down. Austins team did show me how to get the prefunding for up front costs too. I got a seller credit at closing to cover my closing costs and got cash to pay the up front costs back too. I just wish I could get cash back at closing from my first deal, but I did not know how to do it then. I later learned how to get cash back on a deal with the down payment investor fund.
The free year of support expired but I got a invite for the mastermind group. I was later offered a invite to his mastermind group for $99 a month. I am not working on my next apartment with his staff.
Before I started with Austin’s team I tried dozens of other real estate programs. I spent well over $10,000 in programs, seminars, bootcamps, mentoring, etc.
What has set Austin’s program and his team apart from the other programs is the support. I also am impressed to see Austin now offering his program for $500 or less. Austin offers the 60 day guarantee now on his program too. I have never paid for a program other than using my credit card. What I love about being able to buy with a credit card is I also got the protection of my credit card. If a merchant does not refund my money when they offer a refund guarantee I can always dispute it with my credit card to get the money back. Austin also went the extra mile to have his program billing handled by a independent third party called Clickbank. I have found few teachers go to the length of using a 3rd party to audit and protect customer billing information any more. Clickbank is the biggest and most respected and secure internet billing service provider I know about, but few real estate gurus will use them because they actually refund your money if you ask for it back. If you are not aware of Clickbank’s security and refund policy it is the best on the internet. Just google clickbank to read about the awards for security they have in place.
I would like to take the time to thank Austin in my review for all his help. When I searched for reviews on his program there were few of them. I also found many people asking for the input on his program.
There are many scams online today. Always look for a program with a money back guarantee. You will also want to use your credit or debit card for protection. You also should look for a 3rd party that protects your billing information. Clickbank is one of the largest.
For real estate you need someone with support. This is big. What you must have is a good team to support you on doing your deals. The price of a program does not equal its worth - most of the big ticket ones Ive tried were junk. I think the big $10,000 and $20,000 bootcamps are a joke. Think about it. I never understood why gurus charge thousands of dollars to work with them? Why even charge a grand?? Im guessing thats why he dropped the price so much. It just makes since more people will be able to buy your program if it costs less. I do wish it was free when I started, but now I am glad it is not - I wish he would raise the price to keep non serious investors out. I do understand though you have to charge something to help people and provide good support.
I was stunned to see people slandering Austin and standing up for gurus way over charging people for training (who I tried and lost a lot of money working with). How do you know if it works? Other than to buy it and try it I don’t know. Just use your credit or debit card and keep a copy printed of the website guarantee for your records. If you have any problem with his program or it does not work for you ask for a refund. You can call clickbank direct or email support. You can use the link in the email they send you. Here’s a tip - when you find a website with a refund policy print it off and if you have any trouble you can call your credit card company and they will refund it with a copy of the printed guarantee. Try it and see for yourself - nothing works like seeing something work first hand.
I only wish someone would have wrote a review like this for me when I was skeptical. I only wish someone would have pointed me in the right direction before I spent over $10,000 with other gurus. Now I have time to live the life I want though. I have time to spend with my kids. I have time to travel now. In this day in age that’s a valuable thing. Planning to buy Creprogram by Austin Davis
I have found a program that has my interest on how I can buy commercial real estate. The Austin Davis Real Estate program is called creprogram. A guy named Austin Davis created it. I think the program is just what I have been looking for. His creprogram is for just getting funding for your deals. I am needing to get funding still too. I already have bought a program by Monica Main on apartment buildings. It has a lot of what I needed to know. I really need to hurry and get some funding.
I found a few reviews already. They were all good. I thought I would see if any of my readers have heard about him. He is not over charging right now like most gurus either. I am ready to buy the creprogram Austin Davis has out. I have been unable to get a invite to his private mastermind group. I can not find it on his website. If I can just get in to it now. I dont know any one else in his program. I am looking to find out more on how his program would work.
I want to buy 3 apartments every year. I have 15 years before I retire to keep doing this. I am wanting to build a strong cashflow to retire on. The cashflow from apartments is the best way to go. I am wanting to get my first deal soon. I really need to get funding for it. Austin Davis seems to be the best guy to go with for help. I am going to likely make the jump and buy his program tomorrow. I get paid and then will plan to buy it.
